Young Life begins in the USA
In a town in Texas, at the request of his pastor, a young associate pastor named Jim Raybrun began showing young people how much God cares about them by showing up in their world and sharing the message of God's love through Jesus in ways and words they could understand and relate to.

Kids to YL Camp in 2024 from Henderson Co.
In 2024, we took over 70 kids to a Young Life Camp where they laughed with friends and leaders, had amazing adventures, and heard about the love of Jesus for them in the gospel.
2016
young life begins in Henderson County
After decades of prayer and effort, Henderson County was established as its own Young Life area and began to take root in Henderson County and has been growing ever since.

In Young Life we don't wait for kids to come to us, but we go to them- meeting them where they are and caring for them as they are. As a result, Young Life leaders know hundreds of high school students by name in Henderson County.
